How long is our iPhone repair warranty?  We offer a 12 month warranty on all On-Site iPhone Repairs as standard.  Should a repair fail within 12 months, we ask for your iPhone to be returned to us for off-site warranty repair work at our Kent offices.

How long does an on-site iPhone repair take?  Most on-site iPhone repairs take 20-30 minutes to complete.  If for some reason we are unable to complete your iPhone repair on-site, we will offer to take your iPhone back to our dedicated iPhone Repair workshop located in Kent and complete necessary repair work.  If you are happy to release your iPhone for repairs off-site, we will leave you our contact details and job reference number.  A technician at our Kent iPhone repair offices will contact you once we have inspected you iPhone and inform you of any additional costs, if any.  Most off-site iPhone repairs are completed within 3 working days.  We will then arrange return delivery by one of our iPhone technicians or FedEx at no additional costs.
