Repairs and Parts

Although we can source genuine Apple parts in many cases, it would make the repair more expensive than taking it back to Apple. For this reason it’s not feasible for any 3rd party repairer to use genuine Apple parts.
The parts we use are good quality parts from reliable suppliers. Poor quality parts lead to unhappy customers and us having to replace the parts at our own cost. This isn’t good for either of us so we make every effort to avoid this situation.
That depends on the type of repair and your iPhone model. We come to you to do the repair and all prices include call out – no hidden costs.

If you have issues with your repair afterwards, we will put it right free of charge.
We will always try to price match if we can, but he’s probably using poor quality parts, not taking the time to do the repair properly, or both. There’s a reason he’s cheap and you’ll probably get what you pay for.

We can’t guarantee the quality of parts unless we are supplying them. There are lots of poor quality parts on the market and we don’t want to be involved in disputes should a part fail.
By using the parts we supply and our expertise, you’re getting a quality repair that’s covered by our guarantee.

Of course we’ll do everything we can to get your phone working. Sometimes it’s just something simple, sometimes it needs the job doing again properly, with new parts.

We accept cash, bank transfer or major credit cards.
Most repairs take up to an hour. We’ll come to you and repair your phone while you wait so you’ll never need to be without it.
We cover most of the West Midlands, the Black Country and a bit of Staffordshire and Shropshire too.
Telford and surrounding areas including Wellington, Donnington, Shifnal, Ironbridge and Bridgnorth.
Wolverhampton and surrounding areas including Wednesfield, Tettenhall, Codsall, Bilston and Albrighton.
Cannock and surrounding areas including Hendesford, Cheslyn Hay, Great Wyrley and Penkridge.
Walsall and surrounding areas including Bloxwich, Darlaston and Willenhall.
West Bromwich and surrounding areas including Smethwick, Oldbury, and Wednesbury.
